  • Public uses other than your home requires the source of the image(s) to be credited to Le Huu Phuoc.

Usage terms and copyrights for Royalty-free License

  • The buyer agrees to credit the source of the image(s) to Le Huu Phuoc.
  • Royalty-free license is for a single/one-time use, a project, a print run, or a digital publication for internal or external distribution such as digital publishing on a website, a PDF… or editorial publication on a newspaper, a magazine, a book, etc. A publication will have two (2) separate digital and printed licenses so that one (1) image license can not be used for both.
  • The license is for you or your organization alone and DOES NOT cover your parent, subsidiary companies, or third-parties. You can not re-license this purchased license, permit others to use, print, copy, or mass distribute it to different constituents.
  • Licensed images can not be stored in a database or other means after the license expires.
  • Image adjustments (Color, Brightness, Contrast), cropping, and resampling are permitted. Adding new elements or removing the original contents from the original image is not permitted..
  • Licensed images can not be used for commercial promotions, endorsements, or making profits from them without prior consent. For examples, incorporating my images as company logos, symbols, trademarks, etc., or using them to endorse a cause, business, organization, etc.

Usage terms and copyrights for Rights-managed License

Rights-managed license covers multiple uses for internal or external distribution including digital publishing on a website, a PDF… or editorial publication on a newspaper, a magazine, a book, etc. A publication will have two (2) separate digital and printed licenses so that one (1) image license can not be used for both. Besides the abovementioned Royalty-free License terms, there are additional conditions:

  • Advertisement (2 years, unlimited units)
  • Merchandise + packaging + promotional + publishing, digital (perpetual, unlimited units)
  • Merchandise + packaging + promotional + publishing, physical (2 years, 10000 units)

Usage terms and copyrights for Prints

  • It is highly appreciative that the buyer credits the source of the image(s) to Le Huu Phuoc.
  • Prints can not be duplicated or reproduced in any formats (copying, digitizing, scanning, taking pictures…) for commercial uses without prior consent.
  • Le Huu Phuoc retains the copyrights of secondary or revised images (those that use 50% or more of the original images).
  • Prints are sold to you for displays and personal enjoyments and can not be digitized or used for commercial promotions, endorsements, making profits from them without prior consent. For examples, incorporating my images as company logos, symbols, trademarks, etc., or using them to endorse a cause, business, organization, etc.
