Unless specifically noted otherwise, all contents of this website are protected under the USA copyright laws; however, you can use the images for free under the conditions that they must remain in their original conditions and they are not used for commercial purposes. Usage falls under these categories:

• Private uses are for home viewing and crediting the source of the image(s) to Grafikol.com is optional.
• Public uses other than your home requires the source of the image(s) to be credited to Grafikol.com.

• The buyer agrees to credit the source of the image(s) to Grafikol.com.
• Grafikol holds the copyrights and licenses of the images.
• The license is for you or your organization alone and DOES NOT cover your parent or subsidiary companies and either as single-use (royalty-free license) or multiple uses (rights-managed license). Single-use (royalty-free license) is EITHER for an individual use like web publishing OR commercial publication on newspaper, magazines, etc.; multiple uses (rights-managed license) cover simultaneous uses including web publishing, commercial publication on newspapers, magazines, etc., internal/external distribution, and so on. You can not re-license, re-sell the purchased license, permit others to use it, copy, or mass distribute the issued license to different constituents.
• Licensed images can not be stored in a database or other means after the license expires.
• Image adjustments (Color, Brightness, Contrast), cropping, and resampling are permitted. Adding new elements or removing the original contents from the original image is not permitted..
• Licensed images are sold to you for displays as well as personal and commercial purposes. They can not be used for commercial promotions, endorsements, or making profits from them without prior consent. For examples, incorporating my images as company logos, symbols, trademarks, etc., or using them to endorse a cause, business, organization, etc.
• Digital files (royalty-free or rights-managed) can be turned into prints and other uses but once printed their digital files must be destroyed. If printed, 1 license / 1 digital file = 1 print.

Usage for prints can be summarized as followed:

• The buyer agrees to credit the source of the image(s) to Grafikol.com (for cases other than display such as publication)
• Grafikol holds exclusive rights to their copyrights and licenses of the prints.
• Prints can not be duplicated or reproduced in any formats (copying, digitizing, scanning, taking pictures...) without prior consent.
• Grafikol retains the copyrights of secondary or revised images (those that use 50% or more of the original images).
• Prints are sold to you for displays and personal enjoyments and can not be digitized or used for commercial promotions, endorsements, making profits from them without prior consent. For examples, incorporating my images as company logos, symbols, trademarks, etc., or using them to endorse a cause, business, organization, etc.
